How are they made?

A: We use the latest in vinyl and laminate material technology, resulting in a tough 6 mil laminate and vinyl combination. Our process cleans, preps and wraps the rims using our custom equipment.  

Do I have to ship you my rims?

A: Not necessarily. We can ship you complete new wheel sets with your choice of graphic. We can also ship new laced rim bands only, this is what we do for our sponsored riders.

We can also rebuild your existing rims with stainless spokes and graphics (better and cheaper than Chinese rims), yes you do have to ship them if you go this route. Our Rim Makeovers make this an attractive option over inferior wheel sets. If your rims are bent or damaged, you need new ones anyway.  

How long will they last?

A: We have sets on bikes after a year that still look virtually new. You will get small knicks and minor cosmetic damage throughout the lifespan. The faster and rockier the terrain, the better the chances of damage. The good news is, any small damage the wrapz receive would have been a scratch or nice gouge in your unprotected rims, and knicks are not very noticeable..  

How do I keep them clean?

A: You can simply pressure wash them at a safe distance. DO NOT try to put a 2500 PSI stream right next to one of the edges or seams. You can also wash with mild detergent and soft cloth. Wash as usual avoiding direct contact with pressure washers. • Avoid prolonged with harsh chemicals • Avoid direct contact with pressure washers on edges and seams • Use water and dish soap mixture for tire changes as apposed to WD-40 or other similar lubricants.
